What to Expect:


The practice is highly physical, with movements that are challenging the mind's ability to control the synergistic body parts.


As the body is moved and oriented into different movements and postures the energy is allowed to flow correlatively into new territory. This is directly connected to all parts of us, literally expanding our capabilities, perceptions and experience we are having with our bodies and minds.


Once we are set into the movements we can begin our movement meditation. As we are seated with our eyes closed, if we can find that “still” place, while moving we are stepping into a more capable state of presence in all life situations.


We have a pretty challenging breath retention goal set at the end of this kriya that coordinates hand and tongue movement while holding in and out breath.
