What to Expect:


This kriya is very intense in the lungs, arms, forearms, wrists and hands.


What feels like exercise is lighting up and strengthening meridians and nerve pathways for much of our system. Our hands have connection to all of our organ systems. And our organs organize our emotions. This kriya will give an overhaul to your entire system.


Meditation while relaxed is a wonderful experience. Learning to meditate while in an intense state of being requires practice and mastery. We learn to be meditative and present in the midst of many signals firing in our body and mind.


We start with a long parasympathetic breath. Then we move into a lung enhancing breath pattern that is powerfully intense.
